About Caroline:

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a PGCE in Early Years Education from Worchester University and she studied at the University of Central London’s Institute of Education for the nationally accredited SENCO (Special Education Needs Coordination) qualification and has also completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship, U.K.

​Caroline was Assistant Head Teacher and Inclusion Manager in primary education in North London. She worked collaboratively with Bristol University, U.K., on a project about assessment, which focused on developing teachers’ skills, knowledge, and confidence, resulting in significantly higher levels of student attainment. Caroline has coordinated events for parents, such as international evenings where over 50 countries were represented. She has taught at the primary level in Bermuda.
