About Erica:

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies: English, Psychology, and Education from St. Andrews University, U.S. She taught first grade at an elementary school in North Carolina and was trained in the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, which helps to create a positive school climate. Since joining BCCL, Erica completed the Orton Gillingham training through the Reading Clinic, Bermuda, and was provided coaching at BCCL to solidify her use of this multisensory approach to teaching language arts.
